Your Apartment

A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, 2 rolls toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and detergents is provided on arrival in the apartment but is not replenished during your stay.

Apartments are not serviced daily, however an additional service will be provided for stays of 7 nights or more. All apartments are fully equipped with laundry facilities. Should you require a daily service or fresh linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.
Extra housekeeping services are available upon request by contacting Reception. Charges do apply for extra services to your apartment.
Clothes airers are supplied in each apartment – Please do not hang towels over the balcony.

Check out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out subject to availability.
When checking out of your apartment please ensure that:1. All crockery and cutlery is clean and returned to the cupboards or placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher put on.
2. All rubbish is to be placed in the refuse stations.
Additional charges will apply should your apartment be left in an untidy condition.

The larger master key opens the car park security gates and also the entrance gate at the Café La Monde end of our complex. The security car park gates are closed of an evening (around lunchtime on weekends) and reopened at 6am.
The pedestrian gate to the right side of the car park entrance has a coded entry, C2479 and turn the handle to the left.

The larger master key will also open the entry to the spa/sauna and BBQ rooftop area.
The smaller key/s is for your apartment entry door.
Please be careful with your keys. A fee of $80 will be charged if keys are lost or damaged.
Guests may obtain 2 sets of keys.
Should you be departing before Reception opening hours, there is a key drop box located on the wall, outside of Reception.

All apartments are air-conditioned. Please maintain the unit at 23 degrees Celsius with doors and windows closed.

Free-to-air commercial channels tuned into the television. Local channel program information can be found in the Entertainment Guide in local newspapers.

Standard residential sound limitations are applicable from 10:00 pm. Strict “NO PARTY” policy applies.
Should security be called to attend to complaints, an $80 charge may apply.
As a guest of Saks on Hastings, you are responsible for the behavior of your invitees.

Please keep all windows and sliding doors shut when you leave your apartment - especially if you are leaving for the day, as storms can arise at any time and cause damage.
Please do not hang towels and clothing over balcony rail. These items will often blow away and look very untidy from the street. All apartments are equipped with a clothes horse and there is a clothes drier in the laundry of your apartment.
We are conscious of your safety so please take care with children on balconies and do not allow balcony furniture to be pushed up against balustrade of balconies.

Please refrain from removing cooking utensils from your apartments for the use in the barbecue area (barbecue utensils are available in the BBQ area) or other apartments. If items are lost a replacement charge will apply.
The registered occupier of the apartment is liable for the any breakage or damage done during their stay. Please report all breakages or damage to Reception immediately.

Saks on Hastings is a strictly non smoking property. Charges may apply for violations.

Beach towels are available for hire at $5 per towel.
Towels are not permitted to be hung over the balcony rails of your unit.
