  • Check out time is 10.00am. If you would like a late check-out or to extend your stay past 10.00am please contact Reception. All late checkouts are strictly subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

  • After arrival, any refund sought by a guest for an amendment to a reservation that reduces their period of stay will be at the discretion of management, but will normally not be granted. Any cancellation will incur a penalty.

  • The larger master key opens the car park security gates and also the entrance gate at the Café La Monde end of our complex. The security car park gates are closed of an evening (around lunchtime on weekends) and reopened at 6am. The pedestrian gate to the right side of the car park entrance has a coded entry, C2479 and turn the handle to the left.

    The larger master key will also open the entry to the spa/sauna and BBQ rooftop area.

    The smaller key/s is for your apartment entry door.

    Please be careful with your keys. A fee of $80 will be charged if keys are lost or damaged.

    Guests may obtain 2 sets of keys.

    Should you be departing before Reception opening hours, there is a key drop box located on the wall, outside of Reception.

  • Cash, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Cheques and AMEX are not accepted.

  • A Security Guard is on duty nightly. Security gates to the building and to the car park are locked outside office hours. Please remember that keys are required to gain entry to the complex.

    A fee may be charged if you have locked yourself out and need to call us after office has closed.

    Please do not allow access to anyone unknown to you.

    Please help us to make your stay an enjoyable one and look after your valuables and secure your apartment.

    Despite stringent protective security measures, neither management nor the Body Corporate assume any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage to your possessions in or around the Resort.

    All apartments are privately owned. Please respect the property of the apartment owner.

  • Please read the instructions listed on the back of the entry door to your apartment.

  • Mail will be held at Reception for collection during normal business hours.
