Underground security parking is provided with 1 car space available per apartment. All other vehicles must be parked on the roadside or nearby car parking facilities.

The pool is heated to a temperature of 280C.

Pool towels are available for hire from Reception for $5.00 each for the duration of your stay.

Pool Rules:

• Guests under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.

• Please wash off all sand before entering the pool. A shower can be found at the entrance of the pool gate.

• No jumping, diving, running or splashing.

• No glass allowed in pool area.

• Do not use the pool whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Certain medications may produce adverse effects.

• The pool and spa areas are not supervised. Guests using this area do so at their own risk. Although care is taken, management and body corporate assume no liability for injuries, accidents or medical conditions that may occur.

A selection of complimentary beach toys, including buckets and spades, is available from Reception for children to use during their stay. We kindly ask that they be returned and sand free, so that our future young guests can enjoy them.

You can hire CoolCabanas from reception for $20 a day or $80 a week.

Barbecue Area Hours:

Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 8.00pm

Please ensure you leave the BBQ clean and in a tidy condition after use. Additional charges will apply should this not be adhered to.

For the safety of our guests, bikes, skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are not to be used on, or around the Resort at any time.

Holiday hire equipment can be arranged by Reception, and is supplied by an independent company and can take up to 3 hours for delivery. For more information on hire equipment and prices please contact Reception.

Items that are available to you during your stay include:

• Sofa bed\rollaway bed, $40.00 per night

• High chair, $10.00 per night

• Porta cot, $10.00 per night

Unfortunately, Health Authority Regulations do not permit pets to be on the premises.

Insects are a part of living in the tropics. Sugar ants can be particularly persistent at various times of the year.

If you have a problem with them, they are easy to wipe away with a damp cloth or use the insect spray in your room.

You can greatly assist with keeping them away by placing all food items in the fridge and wiping down all surfaces where food has been served or prepared.

You may also encounter other inhabitants of your environment such as Scrub Turkeys, Geckos, Skinks (garden lizards) and Green Tree Frogs. These animals live here and are harmless and important to the environment.

Enjoy complimentary WiFi access available in each apartment and public areas. Access instructions are conveniently located on the plastic display stand near your TV cabinet. Once you've signed in with your unique username and password, you'll have secure access to the network.

The refuse station is located at the rear of the complex at eastern end of the car park.

General Refuse: Please wrap or place in a plastic bag all refuse. Extra refuse bags are available from Reception free of charge.

Recyclable Rubbish: Recycling bins are also available at the refuse station.

Bottle Bins : Dedicated bottle bins are also located at the refuse station.

Please do not throw anything (including cigarette butts) over balconies.
